What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, grooming, and skin and nail care
• help with toileting, positioning, transfers, and prescribed exercises
• provide light housekeeping and change bed linens as needed
• assist with meals
• obtain temperature, pulse, and respirations under hospice nurse supervision
• report and document changes in patient condition
• assist or remind patients to take medication in accordance with applicable regulations.
