What you'll do

• Grow the creator ecosystem
• identify creator trends and opportunities
• partner with Product and Engineering on platform strategy and roadmap
• align teams around priorities and measurable goals
• drive creator acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and revenue
• build relationships with creators and industry partners
• manage business performance against growth, operational, and budget targets
• and lead and develop the team.
