Sales Coordinator, Group Events

What you'll do

• Provide site tours and detail meetings as needed
• coordinate food, beverage, meeting-room, and guest-room needs
• verify client information and organize signed contracts and billing authorizations
• contact clients as their point of contact
• track prepayments, invoices, deposits, room cutoff dates, and deadlines
• develop Banquet Event Orders and event diagrams
• distribute group details to the property
• maintain client folders
• update menus and room blocks in CRM and PMS
• attend meetings as needed
• run sales reports
• process payments
• and support guest service.

Why this role

Requires one year of experience in hospitality, catering, meeting planning, sales, or a related field; a high school diploma or GED; and a valid driver’s license and insurance with HR approval to drive. A related college degree is preferred.
