What you'll do

• Process carrier settlements within three days of receiving support, including reviewing shipping documents, tolerance assessments, and tariffs
• examine invoices and help resolve payment discrepancies
• process QuickPay requests
• follow up on outstanding items and carrier inquiries
• monitor shared mailboxes
• work weekly aging reports
• reconcile carrier uploads and imports
• identify missing documents and coordinate retrieval
• use settlement checklists and follow management controls.
