Junior Project Manager

What you'll do

• Support project planning, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination across sites
• track material orders and reconcile inventory against specifications and bills of materials
• prepare and support RFIs, submittals, and change order documentation
• communicate with vendors, contractors, and clients
• attend meetings and track action items
• maintain project folders, drawing sets, and logs
• assist with closeout packages and client handover
• travel to project sites as needed, including occasional domestic travel.
