The work spans basic building repairs and routine upkeep while coordinating with other hotel departments.

What you'll do

• Complete daily maintenance work orders
• perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting repairs
• inspect and maintain guest rooms, public areas, housing, and hotel facilities
• conduct preventive maintenance
• respond to maintenance requests
• repair doors, locks, furniture, fixtures, and appliances
• maintain a safe and organized work area
• communicate with housekeeping, front desk, and management.
