What you'll do

• Refine project requirements with project managers and other stakeholders
• manage design services when required
• coordinate permits and entitlements
• procure surveyors, excavators, utility contractors, and geotechnical engineers
• coordinate site work and infrastructure
• work with owners, engineers, and architects on value engineering
• prepare meeting agendas, schedules, and budgets
• support safety programs
• estimate projects
• track change orders, job costs, and project status
• ensure certificates and inspections are obtained before closeout
• supervise and develop expeditors and assistant superintendents.
