KALCON is seeking an owner’s representative to coordinate design for a hyperscale data center project. The manager leads multidisciplinary design coordination from concept through construction administration, aligning project and construction management with architecture and engineering partners to support clear documentation, schedule adherence, and cost-aware delivery.

What you'll do

• Coordinate design across disciplines, engineers, and subcontractors
• manage project information platforms and documentation
• track decisions, RFIs, and submittals
• lead coordination meetings
• manage design schedules and phase turnover
• oversee construction-administration processes, mock-ups, and reviews
• coordinate permitting and inspections
• manage change workflows, cost impacts, quality documentation, and design risks.
