What you'll do

• Guide and support clinical teams delivering comprehensive care
• provide clinical oversight, coaching, and training to advanced practice providers and the nurse manager
• manage a split patient panel alongside a Lead Primary Care Physician
• hire and retain providers
• work with the Chief Medical Officer and leadership to refine workflows and the care model
• oversee clinic operations, including budget, inventory, and staff coordination
• lead weekly team meetings
• ensure compliance with applicable standards
• provide quarterly team feedback and support quality improvement.
