The Registered Nurse (RN), Overnight Detox and Residential Treatment role is onsite in Chantilly, VA. Compensation is $44 per hour. The nurse supports Sandstone Care’s medical and clinical team in its detox and residential treatment setting for adolescents and young adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The role provides nursing care and medical support to Addiction Technicians while helping maintain a safe, stable treatment environment. It also contributes to milieu management alongside medical responsibilities.
