What you'll do

• Provide strategic oversight of plant operations, maintenance, construction, and capital improvements across multiple facilities
• lead three regional directors and facility maintenance directors
• plan capital projects, major repairs, renovations, and new construction
• serve as liaison to contractors, vendors, and external partners
• establish policies and preventive maintenance programs
• ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations and safety standards
• prioritize repairs
• oversee work-order systems
• monitor resource use, costs, capital expenditures, and departmental performance
• partner with facility and corporate leadership.
