What you'll do

• Oversee daily property operations and resident service
• drive occupancy through leasing and retention strategies
• ensure LIHTC, tax credit, and affordable housing compliance
• maintain resident files and prepare for audits and inspections
• manage budgets, collections, delinquency, occupancy, and expenses
• supervise and develop onsite staff
• coordinate work orders and vendor relationships
• resolve resident concerns and support community engagement.
