Pipeline Property Manager

What you'll do

• Guide employees through performance and development goals and routine meetings
• partner with leadership on rental rates
• advertise vacancies, obtain referrals, and show units
• negotiate leases and collect deposits
• manage rent collection, forecasts, and expenses
• resolve resident complaints and enforce occupancy and safety rules
• inspect vacant units and coordinate make-readies
• contract maintenance services and supervise repairs
• coordinate security and respond to emergencies
• support resident retention
• prepare reports and analyze trends.

Why this role
