What you'll do
- Drive the Non-Conformance Material Review (NCMR) process.
- Lead quality issue resolution through root cause analysis, 8D investigations, and corrective actions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance metrics.
- Develop, maintain, and improve quality systems, policies, and procedures.
- Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and technical teams to resolve quality issues.
