Automotive Finance Manager

Automotive Finance Manager is an onsite, full-time role in Akron, OH. Compensation is $170,000–$250,000 per year. The role supports Great Lakes Honda’s dealership team in helping customers secure financing and protection products suited to their needs.

What you'll do

• Meet with customers to review finance and lease options, secure financing through lender partnerships, and present warranty, GAP, maintenance, and protection products. Ensure paperwork is accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations
• maintain relationships with banks and lending institutions
• work with the sales team to support customer satisfaction and profitability
• and pursue monthly production and performance goals. Previous automotive finance manager experience and Reynolds & Reynolds/CDK experience are preferred
• a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
