Industrial HVAC Technician, Chiller Systems

The Industrial HVAC Technician role is onsite across plant and refinery facilities in Texas City, TX, La Marque, TX, Galveston, TX, and surrounding locations. Pay is $30–$45 per hour plus overtime. The role supports industrial and refinery operations, with no residential work. The technician maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs large-scale chiller systems and related industrial equipment to support system reliability and uptime. The work includes preventive maintenance, diagnostics, service of mechanical and electrical components, and support for system startups, shutdowns, and upgrades.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial chillers
• perform preventive maintenance
• diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• service pumps, motors, VFDs, controls, valves, and heat exchangers
• handle refrigeration systems and controls
• interpret schematics and manuals
• follow plant safety standards
• support multiple industrial and refinery sites
• assist with startups, shutdowns, and upgrades.

Why this role
