The facilitator will work collaboratively with a clinical team to enhance programming and ensure the best possible care.

What you'll do

• Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices and curriculum.
• Foster client engagement and group cohesion.
• Monitor treatment documentation.
• Participate in collaborative Treatment Team and Group Supervision.
• Work collaboratively with the care team.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.

Master's degree

Experience

Master's degree in mental health or related field, previous experience facilitating groups.
