What you'll do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the iCIMS product ecosystem.
• Transform product release updates into structured, learner-ready content.
• Apply instructional design principles (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy) to course design.
• Maintain customer-facing enablement content on platforms like Skilljar.
• Partner with Product Management and Marketing to influence release communication.
• Design technical enablement for admins and implementers.
• Define and measure success metrics for enablement programs.
