Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• maintain purchase order lists and maintenance schedules
• follow up on scheduled jobs
• communicate with field technicians
• assist the Service Manager with estimates
• maintain email
• handle confidential information with integrity
• negotiate orders with suppliers to support timely materials receipt.
