What you'll do

• Consult members on mortgage products and help select loan programs
• interview applicants and complete applications and initial disclosures
• gather and upload credit, income, asset, and other documents for processing and underwriting
• calculate income and debt-to-income ratios
• obtain rate locks and mortgage insurance quotes
• communicate loan updates and final closing figures
• maintain realtor and referral-source relationships
• cross-sell credit union products
• work additional hours during peak demand.
