What you'll do

• Conduct examination of building permit applications, blueprints, and specifications for compliance with the Florida Building Code.
• Prepare written and electronic reports, issue notices of correction, and inspect buildings for compliance.
• Meet with design professionals and contractors to discuss technical code issues and respond to inquiries from property owners and developers.
