What you'll do

• Lead, recruit, train, coach, and manage sales staff
• set sales targets and monitor performance
• develop sales strategies and forecasts
• oversee lead follow-up and conversion
• support customer satisfaction, retention, and escalated issue resolution
• supervise sales processes, negotiations, and CRM use
• coordinate vehicle inventory, pricing, ordering, and used-car strategy
• report sales metrics and collaborate with other departments.
