The role combines eyewear dispensing and sales with scheduling, insurance authorizations, inventory, and pre-testing duties.

What you'll do

• Discuss patients’ lifestyle and needs
• take facial measurements
• help select eyewear and contact lenses
• explain products, pricing, and insurance coverage
• follow confidentiality requirements
• perform eyewear sales and dispensing
• schedule appointments
• handle insurance authorizations, inventory control, and pre-testing
• cross-train in office duties.
