What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installation projects
• communicate installation dates, arrival windows, project details, and updates to customers
• coordinate with installation managers, technicians, sales teams, and warehouse personnel
• prepare equipment, materials, permits, and documentation
• monitor schedules and progress
• maintain customer records and job notes
• assist with closeouts
• resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns
• help improve installation department processes.
