What you'll do

• Manage contract execution from start to finish
• ensure work meets performance and customer requirements
• set program goals and metrics
• direct daily operations and customer engagement
• lead contract modifications and negotiations
• manage budgets, forecasts, revenue, costs, and financial performance
• assess program performance and improvement opportunities
• partner with union leadership on labor relations
• supervise and mentor staff
• promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
