What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, toileting, walking, standing, and exercise
• turn and reposition bedridden residents
• follow dietary restrictions and record food and liquid intake
• observe and communicate changes in condition or behavior
• gather supplies and clean rooms and linens
• measure and record vital signs under licensed-nurse supervision
• respond to calls and needs
• assist with transportation when needed.
