What you'll do

• Support coordination, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control
• establish cost reporting and tracking with the Project Manager
• manage allowance logs, drawings, revisions, submittals, and RFIs
• take meeting minutes
• assist with bid packages and procurement
• manage BIM MEP 3D coordination
• ensure operations and maintenance manuals meet standards
• support field quality control and safety
• manage procurement tracking
• review plans for compliance, value analysis, and constructability
• research construction problems and analyze work methods.

Why this role

Requires at least three years of project engineering experience with a commercial general contractor; a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, with relevant commercial construction experience considered in lieu of a degree.
