What you'll do

• Oversee Agile transformation across teams and programs
• facilitate workshops on Agile, Lean, Scrum, and Kanban
• develop and deliver training
• support sprint planning and ongoing coaching
• mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members
• help establish team boards, workflow automation, reporting, and backlogs
• maintain maturity assessments and report findings
• facilitate cross-team planning and grooming
• maintain Agile documentation
• recommend improvements to the transformation roadmap
• monitor project metrics and help teams address issues.
