Customer Response Specialist/Planner

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, internet, and written correspondence
• enter and revise sales orders and verify pricing and material availability
• use IQMS ERP software and maintain production files
• schedule injection molding presses and post-molding activities for assigned customers
• create and update forecasts
• coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Tool Room
• assist with inventory control
• monitor order shipments and delivery times
• assist with contract review and applicable ISO 13485 and AS 9100 requirements.
