What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, parking, access points, and perimeter
• monitor access and assist with visitor management and credential verification
• respond to incidents and alarms, document observations, and notify site contacts or emergency responders
• maintain activity logs and communicate relevant information.
