The Early Childhood Lead Teacher — Daycare and Preschool role is onsite in Dedham, MA, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule. Pay is $24–$26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The Learning Experience’s Dedham center serves children in infant, toddler, and preschool programs, with classroom placement based on qualifications, experience, and preferred age group. The lead teacher guides a developmentally appropriate classroom, supports children’s learning and development, and builds relationships with families. The role also mentors and collaborates with assistant teachers while maintaining a safe, organized classroom and following Massachusetts EEC requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead an engaging, developmentally appropriate classroom
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• create play-based and hands-on learning experiences
• support children’s language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
• document observations
• mentor assistant teachers
• communicate with families
• maintain a safe classroom and follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
