What you'll do

• Support admissions representatives and students through enrollment and degree completion
• conduct outreach by phone, text, and email
• register students according to academic progress and program requirements
• use university CRM systems for enrollment and registration
• connect students with university resources
• monitor progress and identify students at risk of stopping out
• advise on financial aid documentation, time management, and tutoring resources
• coordinate transcript orders and transfer-credit reviews
• analyze GPA and retention data
• maintain knowledge of academic policies and FAFSA updates
• assist with FERPA and financial aid training.
