Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant role is onsite in Aberdeen, MD, and pays $19–$21 per hour plus commissions. The consultant connects prospective residents with apartment homes and supports residents through leasing and move-in processes. The role contributes to community occupancy and resident service through tours, leasing paperwork, payments, and responses to inquiries.

What you'll do

• Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• communicate community features and value
• manage leasing paperwork, rent payments, and move-ins and move-outs
• respond to resident inquiries and service requests
• maintain knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and the local area.
