What you'll do

• Use the C-I-CARE interaction framework
• support patient intake, same-day schedule management, follow-up scheduling, billing and insurance questions, patient feedback, and outreach
• perform check-in and check-out, insurance verification, paperwork, test preparation, and service-level tasks
• participate in team huddles and problem-solving
• use Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and the electronic medical record
• perform opening and closing duties, restock supplies, and maintain office spaces.
