What you'll do

• Lead center operations across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events
• drive sales through guest engagement, event execution, and marketing initiatives
• build and develop teams
• set performance expectations
• manage P&L, labor, cost of goods, inventory, and cost controls
• keep the facility and guest areas clean, operational, and ready.
