What you'll do

• Complete the 40-hour RBT training program
• shadow and assist RBTs and BCBAs implementing treatment plans
• collect and record electronic client behavior and progress data
• engage clients in therapeutic activities
• communicate daily progress to families
• attend team meetings and training
• follow BACB ethical guidelines and regulations.
