• help ensure staff and supplies are available for scheduled procedures
• manage preference cards with surgeons and staff
• coordinate with materials management and vendors on supplies and equipment
• support policy implementation and compliance
• provide staff education and onboarding support
• participate in performance improvement and quality assurance.
