What you'll do

• Process biweekly payroll and resolve discrepancies with Finance
• administer benefits and open enrollment
• coordinate leave programs
• maintain HRIS data, access, workflows, and reporting
• recruit and coordinate hiring, background checks, eligibility verification, offers, and onboarding
• facilitate orientation and supervisor training
• support employee relations and programs
• maintain employment-law compliance and confidentiality.

Why this role
