What you'll do

• Assess residents’ health conditions, including vital signs, and develop individualized care plans. Administer prescribed medications and treatments and document care. Provide wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management. Coordinate care with healthcare staff, physicians, and families. Supervise and support CNAs and other healthcare staff. Follow healthcare regulations and infection-control protocols
• educate and support residents and families.
