What you'll do

• Manage assigned enablement initiatives
• coordinate communications, training, presentations, workshops, sales tools, and program resources
• assist bankers and vendor representatives with introductions, follow-up, portfolio reviews, and campaigns
• identify opportunities and connect clients with appropriate resources
• track referrals through implementation and activation
• prepare pipeline and activity reports
• coordinate routine service issues
• maintain program records and gather feedback.
