What you'll do

• Ensures clinical care meets NCCN and Stanford guidelines.
• Assesses patient education needs.
• Addresses clinical and health system barriers to care.
• Facilitates communication among the interdisciplinary team.
• Provides one-on-one navigation.
• Screens for distress and refers to support services.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including 2-3 years in oncology.
