Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is onsite in Norway, ME. Compensation is $15.10–$17.10 per hour, depending on position, shift, certifications, and experience. New Communities provides residential support to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. The DSP provides direct care and encourages residents to build independence at home and in the community. The role includes serving as a role model, administering medication, assisting with personal care, and supporting recreational and social activities, including transportation in company vehicles.
