What you'll do

• Generate and confirm purchase orders using MRP recommendations
• communicate demand to suppliers
• monitor inventory and material availability
• notify teams of supply issues and supplier recovery plans
• negotiate supplier lead times, prices, and delivery
• maintain supplier performance information
• support supplier corrective actions
• provide material pricing and availability information for new products
• supply materials for daily operations.
