Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist role is fully onsite in Lincoln, CA. Pay is $31.25–$43.26 per hour. Precision Fluid Controls designs, manufactures, and tests components for launch vehicles and ground support applications. Partnering with the HR Manager, the generalist executes people strategies, supports employee and manager needs, and administers talent, benefits, and learning programs. The role helps retain talent and improve HR operations in a fast-paced organization.

What you'll do

• Lead learning and development initiatives
• identify workforce development needs and create training programs and resources
• manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
• administer employee benefits and coordinate with vendors
• evaluate benefits vendors and service partners
• support employee relations
• maintain HR reporting and provide employee support across HR programs.
