Account Coordinator

What you'll do

• Answer customer calls, emails, and chats
• evaluate and write up orders for the Processing Department
• respond to product, inventory, pricing, order, backorder, and return inquiries
• offer alternative or additional products
• conduct customer outreach on pending issues
• coordinate order details with processing staff and account managers
• process order, RMA, and backorder paperwork
• maintain customer data in ticketing, ERP, and CRM platforms.
