What you'll do

• Perform Service Advisor duties
• understand Service Technician II processes for retail and commercial work
• inspect vehicles for apparent tire and level II mechanical issues
• document customer concerns
• recommend tires and basic services
• explain recommendations, costs, and timeframes
• provide estimates
• schedule tire and basic mechanical service
• communicate with technicians and customers
• suggest preventive maintenance and additional services when appropriate
• educate customers
• order tires and monitor inventory availability.

Why this role
