Quality Improvement Manager

The role uses clinical and operational data to identify gaps, guide corrective actions, and support timely, appropriate care.

What you'll do

• Lead the Performance Improvement Program
• oversee chart audits, documentation quality, reporting, and audit readiness
• coordinate regulatory compliance and accreditation activities
• oversee risk management and patient safety programs
• review care plans and care gaps
• analyze and report clinical and operational metrics
• train and support staff.
