What you'll do
- Supervise maintenance staff and delegate work orders and projects
- inspect completed work
- oversee HVAC, boiler, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and other service requests
- mentor and train staff
- participate in interviewing and selection
- provide monthly energy-management recommendations
- identify capital improvements and obtain estimates
- assist with maintenance budget preparation.
