Property Superintendent

What you'll do

• Inspect properties and identify maintenance, repair, safety, and cleanliness concerns
• perform general maintenance and minor repairs
• maintain common areas and grounds
• monitor building systems and report issues requiring specialized service
• respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• coordinate seasonal maintenance and outside contractors
• assist with unit turnover
• communicate with tenants and Property Management
• maintain records, track work orders, and follow up on outstanding items.
