What you'll do

• Lead business readiness for SAP module launches, including process walkthroughs, impact assessment, UAT coordination, stakeholder readiness, training inputs, and cutover adoption
• partner with business SMEs, product and integration teams, and program governance stakeholders
• maintain functional and technical documentation, test evidence, cutover inputs, issue logs, readiness checkpoints, and sign-off materials
• coordinate defect triage and resolution during SIT, UAT, dress rehearsal, cutover, and post-launch stabilization
• identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
